I’m Abdul Razak Chamma, a filmmaker and media producer based in the Netherlands, working across videography, editing and creative production for brands, organisations, artists and cultural projects.
My background is in television and media production, with experience across camera, editing, directing and production. Today, I bring that experience together across complete video productions, social content, documentary work and independent creative projects.
My approach is practical and adaptable, shaped by the needs of each project. When AI-assisted tools add genuine creative or practical value, I integrate them as part of the production process.
What matters to me is whether the story is clear, the feeling is honest and the work connects with its audience.

My approach is natural and adaptable, with attention to composition, camera movement, light and the character of the location. The visual treatment can remain observational and understated or become more refined when the project calls for it. I edit both my own footage and existing material supplied by clients or production partners. Each edit is shaped around the purpose of the project, the available material and the platform where the final video will be seen. Post-production can range from a focused edit to a more complete finishing process.

The focus is on reaching the point quickly, maintaining clear and engaging pacing, and making the content work naturally within the format and viewing behaviour of each platform. I approach documentary work with preparation, observation and respect for the people in front of the camera. Interviews, environment, archive material, sound and everyday details can all become part of the story. The visual style supports the subject rather than taking attention away from it.
